Una serie di nuovi servizi per supportare le famiglie nella gestione quotidiana dei propri risparmi ed investimenti. I clienti di Banca Sella, direttamente dal proprio smartphone, possono ora ricevere consigli specifici per i propri investimenti, scegliendo importo e tematica, e avvalersi di un Advisory Desk di esperti qualificati su mercati, prodotti e asset allocation di portafoglio.

Tramite l'app Sella Invest è infatti possibile accedere ad un'innovativa funzionalità sviluppata per fornire indicazioni di investimento automatizzate, grazie a tecnologie di robo-advisory, sulla base di un portafoglio modello studiato da Banca Sella coerentemente con il profilo di rischio del cliente.

L'app Sella Invest permette anche di investire in autonomia attraverso i Piani di Accumulo del Capitale (PAC) che danno la possibilità ai clienti di impiegare piccoli importi, a partire da 50 euro, per incrementare gradualmente il proprio patrimonio. Una particolare funzione permette di indicare l'importo periodico prescelto e le tematiche di investimento di interesse per avere un elenco dei fondi che soddisfano queste richieste.

È stato inoltre lanciato un servizio dedicato alla clientela retail con un team di specialisti a disposizione per approfondimenti e richieste più specifiche sulle varie tipologie di investimenti tramite l'analisi del contesto, dell'andamento e delle prospettive in ambito finanziario. Disponibile sempre via app, il servizio consente di effettuare una video chiamata o una chiamata diretta, oppure di fissare un appuntamento senza la necessità di doversi recare in succursale.

Una soluzione che va incontro alle nuove abitudini degli italiani, che utilizzano sempre di più i canali digitali. Come abbiamo raccontato qui, infatti, tra tutti i correntisti attivi nelle banche in Italia, nel primo semestre del 2022 il 63% ha utilizzato almeno una volta i canali digitali, il 55% restringendo il perimetro al solo canale mobile.
