Standard Ethics, agenzia internazionale indipendente con sede a Londra specializzata nella valutazione delle politiche di sostenibilità e responsabilità, ha assegnato per la prima volta il rating ESG a Banca Sella Holding e Banca Sella.

L’agenzia, esprimendo un giudizio positivo sulle attività e strategie del Gruppo in ambito sostenibilità, ha attribuito alla capogruppo Banca Sella Holding e a Banca Sella il Corporate Standard Ethics Rating “EE-“ (Adequate).

Grazie, inoltre, alla previsione di un ulteriore miglioramento nel medio-lungo periodo, Banca Sella Holding ha ottenuto il Long Term Expected “EE+” (Very Strong) e verrà inserita nel “SE Unlisted Italian Banks Benchmark”, l’indice che include le principali banche italiane non quotate conformi alle raccomandazioni internazionali sulla sostenibilità, la cui pubblicazione è prevista nel primo trimestre del 2026.

Secondo la valutazione degli analisti di Standard Ethics, il gruppo Sella prosegue nel percorso strutturato di allineamento delle politiche aziendali alle indicazioni in materia di sostenibilità e responsabilità emanate da ONU, OCSE e UE, sia attraverso policy che strumenti di governance quali Codice Etico, Codice di Condotta e procedure dedicate. I fattori ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) sono adeguatamente rendicontati e integrati nei principali processi aziendali, con particolare riguardo alla valorizzazione della qualità dell’ambiente lavorativo.

Sia la governance della sostenibilità, così come il sistema interno di presidio e gestione dei rischi ESG, risultano solidi. Le attività di Banca Sella Holding e Banca Sella sono integrate e le strategie di sostenibilità coerenti e sinergiche, accomunate da una consolidata propensione all’innovazione tecnologica e operativa.
