Sono AIutiamo, Edunity, Ethictag, Novavia, Plastipay e Quartieri in gioco i sei progetti finalisti dell’edizione 2026 di “Fin 4 Teen”, il programma nazionale di educazione finanziaria e imprenditoria a impatto dedicato agli studenti dai 12 ai 19 anni, promosso da Sella e realizzato attraverso Sellalab, la piattaforma di innovazione a impatto del Gruppo.

La presentazione dei progetti si è tenuta presso l’Open Innovation Center Sella di Biella durante la finale nazionale a cui hanno partecipato i team selezionati al termine di un percorso formativo durato diversi mesi e che ha coinvolto oltre 350 studenti delle scuole medie e superiori (licei e istituti tecnici e professionali) di Biella, Torino, Roma, Caserta e Lecce.

Avviato a marzo 2026, il programma ha proposto 10 percorsi territoriali per le scuole coinvolte e 3 campus intensivi, per oltre 200 ore complessive di formazione. Attraverso incontri teorico-pratici con esperti, lavori di gruppo, laboratori, sfide progettuali e momenti di confronto, i partecipanti hanno potuto sviluppare competenze finanziarie e imprenditoriali. Ogni percorso si è concluso con una sfida locale, durante la quale ragazze e ragazzi hanno ideato e presentato progetti pensati per rispondere a bisogni concreti dei propri territori e dei loro coetanei.

Ecco i sei progetti selezionati per la fase finale e che si sono distinti per capacità di generare innovazione per il territorio e impatto positivo:

AIutiamo (IIS Galilei – Costa – Scarambone, Lecce), un sistema di supporto psicologico per teenager basato su intelligenza artificiale e disponibile 24 ore su 24;
Edunity (Liceo Scientifico Statale Galileo Ferraris, Torino), uno strumento che accresce l’efficienza dello studio attraverso un focus sugli stili di apprendimento personali;
Ethictag (Liceo Artistico Giuseppe e Quintino Sella, Biella), un’etichetta digitale accessibile tramite QR code dinamico per la tracciabilità della filiera produttiva, dalla materia prima al punto vendita;
Novavia (Liceo Classico Scientifico Pietro Giannone, Caserta), uno strumento di sostegno psicologico per giovani che integra un sistema di tracciamento dell’umore della persona abilitato dall’AI;
Plastipay (IISS “Antonietta De Pace” Lecce), un sistema di raccolta della plastica usata grazie a cassonetti smart, arricchito da un sistema premiante per chi conferisce;
Quartieri in gioco (IIS Pacinotti –Archimede, Roma), una rete fisica di locker intelligenti progettati per l'attrezzatura sportiva e posizionati in quartieri periferici.

I progetti sono stati esaminati da un comitato composto da Andrea Del Piano (Capo area territoriale Biella di Banca Sella), Sara Gentile (Vicesindaco di Biella), Francesca Oricchio (Città Studi), Alberta Pelino (Founder di FIBI) e Linda Villano (Presidente e Co Founder di AIDA). Quattro i criteri utilizzati per la valutazione: impatto positivo, creatività, fattibilità e qualità della presentazione. Il progetto “Quartieri in gioco” si è aggiudicato la targa vincitrice per l’edizione 2026 di Fin 4 Teen.
