Il gruppo Sella ha ottenuto la Certificazione per la Parità di Genere (UNI/PdR 125:2022), rilasciata da TÜV Rheinland, organismo di certificazione leader a livello internazionale. Questo riconoscimento attesta l’impegno concreto del gruppo nel promuovere un ambiente di lavoro equo, inclusivo e rispettoso delle diversità e si inserisce pienamente nella strategia “Make an Impact”. 

La certificazione – della durata triennale e soggetta ad audit annuali di verifica – è stata ottenuta al termine di un percorso avviato nel settembre 2024 partendo da un’attenta analisi del contesto e si è sviluppato nei mesi successivi coinvolgendo attivamente 10 società del gruppo Sella in Italia attraverso incontri settimanali specifici.

Il percorso ha permesso al gruppo Sella di consolidare le buone pratiche già in essere e di definire nuovi obiettivi di miglioramento nei 6 ambiti strategici oggetto di valutazione: cultura e strategia organizzativa, governance, processi HR, opportunità di crescita e inclusione, equità retributiva, tutela della genitorialità e work-life balance.

Tra i punti di forza del gruppo Sella riconosciuti dall’ente certificatore TÜV Rheinland figurano l’attenzione consolidata ai valori della diversità e della conciliazione dei tempi di vita e lavoro; la strutturazione e formalizzazione di pratiche già presenti nel Gruppo; l’approfondita capacità di analisi dei dati e delle metriche riguardanti la D&I; lo sviluppo di iniziative anche esterne, come la recente ricerca sulla violenza economica di genere realizzata con l’Università Cattolica; un clima aziendale positivo, emerso chiaramente anche dalle interviste svolte nel corso dell’audit, e un forte senso di appartenenza.
