Find SpA, società del Gruppo Di Martino che opera a livello internazionale nei settori della logistica, dell’automotive e dei servizi, ha emesso un sustainability-linked bond da 15 milioni di euro per sostenere l’acquisizione, tramite la controllata Comer Sud, del ramo d’azienda di una società target del settore, rafforzando così la propria leadership sul territorio nazionale.

Sella, attraverso la propria divisione specializzata in operazioni di finanza straordinaria Sella Investment Banking, ha assistito Find S.p.A. come arranger dell’operazione e advisor finanziario esclusivo dell’emittente. Banca Sella, Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. e Cassa Depositi e Prestiti hanno agito in qualità di investitori del sustainability-linked bond, rispettivamente con 5 milioni ciascuna.

Le obbligazioni sono quotate sul segmento professionale di Euronext Access Milan e il prestito obbligazionario ha una durata di 6 anni e un piano di rimborso a quote capitale costanti.

L’emissione è finalizzata a sostenere le nuove iniziative di crescita del Gruppo Di Martino in Italia e in particolare l’acquisizione del ramo d’azienda automotive e aftersales di una società specializzata nel settore, nonché i successivi investimenti funzionali ad una sua integrazione all’interno del perimetro operativo del gruppo. L’operazione consentirà di rafforzare ulteriormente il portafoglio di offerta alla clientela, consolidando la leadership del Gruppo Di Martino sul territorio.

Il sustainability-linked bond prevede l’identificazione di specifici Sustainability Performance Targets (SPTs), nonché la definizione di KPI ESG che permettono di valutare l’allineamento del progetto di investimento agli obiettivi di sviluppo sostenibile.

Con sede a Catania e attivo dal 1966, il Gruppo Di Martino opera nei settori della logistica, dei trasporti e dell’automotive e vanta una presenza internazionale con oltre 30 sedi operative in Europa e in Africa e più di 1.200 collaboratori. Nel comparto logistico e dei trasporti, la società F.lli Di Martino svolge attività di trasporto intermodale, servendo clienti attivi nei principali settori industriali e commerciali.
