Banca Sella e Polizia di Stato di Biella – attraverso la sua Sezione Cibernetica – avviano un nuovo ciclo di corsi rivolto ai responsabili e viceresponsabili delle succursali, con l’obiettivo di rafforzare ulteriormente le competenze in materia di sicurezza, prevenzione delle truffe e contrasto alle frodi, nonché a promuovere l’adozione di procedure e strumenti necessari a proteggere clienti e dipendenti.

L’iniziativa, che da gennaio coinvolgerà circa 380 persone delle succursali di Banca Sella in tutta Italia, si articola in 10 incontri online. Il programma dei corsi affronta le principali tipologie di frodi, sia digitali che tradizionali, che possono colpire clienti e operatori bancari: phishing, smishing, vishing, spoofing, falsi investimenti, money muling e truffe legate a finti operatori bancari o finti ispettori di polizia. Particolare attenzione viene dedicata ai segnali di allarme, ai comportamenti da adottare e alle modalità più efficaci per riconoscere tempestivamente i tentativi di raggiro.

Gli esperti della Sezione Cibernetica della Polizia di Stato forniranno testimonianze, casi reali ed esempi tratti dall’attività investigativa, con un contributo concreto e operativo volto a sensibilizzare il personale delle succursali su come intercettare situazioni potenzialmente sospette e gestire situazioni critiche in modo rapido e consapevole.

Durante la formazione verranno esaminate anche le verifiche necessarie da effettuare in fase di apertura di un nuovo rapporto bancario, incluse le procedure di controllo documentale, l’attenzione agli alert sui recapiti telefonici e l’importanza del colloquio conoscitivo, elementi essenziali per prevenire anomalie e mitigare i rischi fin dalle prime interazioni con i clienti.
