Le soluzioni più innovative e tecnologicamente avanzate, capaci di rispondere alle esigenze della clientela e all’evoluzione dei mercati, sono state premiate a Milano nel corso del Forum ABI Lab 2025. Tra queste anche il progetto “Makers” del gruppo Sella “per la diffusione della cultura aziendale e lo sviluppo delle competenze”.

Alla quindicesima edizione del Premio ABI per l’innovazione nei servizi bancari, che rientra nel Premio Nazionale per l’Innovazione (Premio dei Premi), hanno partecipato 21 banche con 62 progetti.

Tra le iniziative presentate, spiccano soluzioni dedicate ad una più ampia offerta di servizi basati sui canali digitali, al potenziamento dei processi interni a vantaggio dei clienti, al sostegno delle imprese sul territorio, ad un approccio più completo alla prevenzione dei rischi connessi alle frodi informatiche, alla sensibilizzazione e alla diffusione della cultura aziendale e ad una sempre più innovativa forma di comunicazione che passa attraverso il dialogo, l’ascolto e la condivisione.

Questi i premiati emersi dalla selezione effettuata dal Comitato Tecnico Scientifico di esperti e dalla Giuria di rappresentanti del mondo imprenditoriale, istituzionale e accademico che ha identificato otto vincitori per le categorie previste dal Regolamento:

  • Premio Innovazione per i canali di relazione con la clientela al Progetto: “Digitalizzazione Disconoscimenti” presentato da Intesa Sanpaolo
  • Premio Innovazione per l’operatività e i processi interni al Progetto: “Early Warning Monitoring” presentato da Banca Popolare di Sondrio
  • Premio Innovazione per l’operatività e i processi interni al Progetto: “Crypto Sentinel” presentato da Credito Emiliano
  • Premio Innovazione per lo sviluppo dell’ecosistema e del territorio al Progetto: “DealSync: un ecosistema digitale per democratizzare l’accesso all’Investment Banking per le Piccole e Medie Imprese” presentato da UniCredit
  • Premio Innovazione per la sostenibilità al Progetto: “Programma Low Carbon & Sustainability per Small e Mid-caps: la nascita del BNL BNPP Green Desk” presentato da BNL BNP Paribas
  • Premio Innovazione per la comunicazione al Progetto: “Scatti e Ritratti” presentato da Banca Popolare di Puglia e Basilicata
  • Premio Innovazione per la Cyber Security al Progetto: “Cyber Security: una filiera virtuosa a supporto delle imprese” presentato da BPER Banca
  • Premio Innovazione per la diffusione della cultura aziendale e lo sviluppo delle competenze al Progetto: “Makers” presentato dl gruppo Sella

La Giuria ha inoltre assegnato una Menzione Speciale ai progetti:

  • “AI per la PA” presentato da Cassa Depositi e Prestiti
