Come nasce la spinta imprenditoriale nelle nuove generazioni? In che modo accompagnarle alla comprensione degli aspetti finanziari? E ancora, come pensano i giovani le aziende del domani in qualità di futuri imprenditori, dipendenti attivi, consumatori responsabili? #CosaCambia, il nostro format itinerante che si interroga sui trend nel mondo, ha fatto tappa a Lecce per incontrare quella generazione Z che oggi nel mondo è composta da 2 miliardi di persone e in Italia rappresenta il 15% della popolazione. Dall’Istituto Istruzione Superiore De Pace abbiamo incontrato gli studenti protagonisti di Fin4Teen, programma nazionale di educazione finanziaria promosso da Sellalab e WeDo Academy. Durante la puntata gli interventi di Daniele Manni, docente di informatica all’Istituto Galilei-Costa di Lecce e primo professore italiano a vincere il GESS Education Award, il Premio Nobel per chi insegna nelle scuole del mondo. Durante la puntata gli interventi di Silvia Madaro Metrangolo (Istituto Superiore De Pace), Giorgio De Donno (Banca Sella), Marco Landi (gruppo Sella), Mirko Cazzato (Ma Basta), Angelo Tafuro (Sellalab Lecce).

In puntata anche i dati dello studio condotto da Hype e Ipsos sulla diversa percezione tra ragazzi e ragazze della ricchezza in relazione ad emozioni positive e negative e il focus sulla money dysmorphia, ossia sulla "dismorfia da denaro", quella sensazione di insicurezza intorno alla propria situazione finanziaria anche quando non ci sarebbero eccessivi motivi di preoccupazione. Dai giovani che le pensano ai dipendenti che le ripensano. Durante l’evento anche le testimonianze dei giovani che partecipano a Makers, programma di co-creazione del gruppo Sella che ha coinvolto tutte le persone, compresi tanti giovani neo-assunti.
